DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday @ 11 AM – 12 PM \n\n 24 Dec\, 2025\n 11:00am –  12:00pm\n\nEvery Wednesday @ 11 AM – 12 PM \nCSL Community Room \n$10 One-Time Fee \n$35 Monthly Membership \nFacilitated by: Nicole Gonzales \nUnwind and reconnect in this deeply restorative class that combines gentle yoga with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. \nWe’ll begin with a slow-flow or yin yoga practice designed to release tension\, calm the nervous system\, and prepare the body for stillness. Following the movement portion\, you’ll be guided into a supported savasana while immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, gongs\, and other therapeutic instruments. \nThis class is perfect for all levels—no prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded\, recharged\, and harmonized in mind\, body\, and spirit. \nWhat to Bring: Yoga mat\, Yoga block and Water. \nDon’t have a yoga mat? That’s OK! DESCRIPTION:Christmas Eve Candle Lighting Service \nTuesday\, December 24th – 7:00 pm \nCenter for Spiritual Living\, Fort Lauderdale will host a Christmas Eve Candle Lighting Service beginning at 7:00 pm. The evening will include beautiful seasonal music\, mini presentations on the Seven Attributes of the Divine\, and a mystical “Passing of the Light” ceremony in which everyone will participate. All are welcome and encouraged to bring family members and friends to share in this delightful Christmas Celebration with a metaphysical flair. \nFollowing our service\, we’ll partake in a delicious covered-dish dessert buffet. Please bring your favorite dessert to share and enjoy.
