Practicing kindness is like going to the gym. We must work it out everyday.

Our loving-kindness can get out of shape, from neglect, even when we think it’s our true nature. But, if we’re out of shape long enough, it may seem more normal to be unkind than to be kind.

On Sunday, we’ll work out the spiritual muscles of our “ordinary kindness.”
