Ecstatic Dance Event
This event is Created and facilitated by: Rev Tina Migs and Juan Carlos
Our intention is to create a beautiful, healing, sacred, safe and sober space where all people can come together peacefully and express ourselves freely, creatively and ecstatically through dance.
When: The first Sunday of every month Starting on Sunday,4th 7pm-9pm (Doors open at 6:30pm)
Where: Center for Spiritual Living Fort Lauderdale 4849 N Dixie Hwy Oakland Park, FL 33334
*We urge you to sign up early for the $20 early registration fee. Cost will be $30 at the door.
* There is plenty of free parking in our parking lot!
What to bring:
- Comfortable Clothing for stretching, exercise, dancing and sweating.
- A yoga mat and or towel, blanket, cushions, pillow.
- A large bottle of water (no other drinks or food will be allowed in the event space).
- An open mind and open heart.
This is a sober event; NO DRUGS OR ALCHOL ALLOWED!
*No previous dance experience is needed: all are welcome!
