What if we can actually become more of our full selves through fun?

This 4-week experience is a playful blend of improv games, creative storytelling, accessible movement, and connection activities designed to help you express yourself more freely, build confidence, and reconnect with the unique spark that makes you who you are.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how to play. We started worrying about getting it right, being judged, and saying the wrong thing. Together we’ll practice saying “Yes, and…” to new possibilities, let go of perfectionism, and discover what becomes possible when we take ourselves a little less seriously and remember how to play.

You’ll leave with:
• More self trust
• Greater confidence
• More comfort speaking in front of others
• Reduced fear of making mistakes
• A stronger sense of belonging
• New friendships
• A deeper connection to your creativity and imagination
• More fun and inner child joy in your life

No improv experience necessary. Just be ready to have a good time.

***This experience is limited to 12 people***
