Community Partners
To honor our commitment to practice the principles we teach about prosperity, each month we give a portion of our Sunday offerings to The Centers for Spiritual Living. As part of our agreement with them, a portion is also given at the local level.
We have chosen three local non-profit organizations in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area to support in 2026.
Kids In Distress, Inc.
Kids In Distress, Inc. (KID) is a nationally accredited organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, preserving families, and treating children who have been abused and neglected. Since 1979, when KID was created as a shelter for abused and neglected children, it now possesses a five-acre multiple program campus in Fort Lauderdale, FL and a 4-acre campus featuring two family foster group homes in Southwest Ranches, FL. Our services include individual, family, and group therapy and counseling; preschool, aftercare and summer camp programs; recruitment, training, and support of foster/adoptive homes; and prevention, reunification, family preservation and maternal and child health services.
SunServe
SunServe is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social services agency serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) community in South Florida. We provide high quality, culturally relevant care for all with an emphasis on those in financial need, minorities, youth, seniors, HIV+ persons, and those with life-challenging physical or emotional conditions. We also offer myriad education and training services.
Abandoned Pet Rescue
Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that rescues and shelters abandoned dogs and cats with the goal of finding them new homes. APR is one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in South Florida. Over the past decade, APR has provided comprehensive care for more than 10,000 dogs and cats that have come through the shelter as well as for community cats that have been trapped, neutered, vaccinated and released.
