This 4-week experiential class is an invitation to move beyond simply understanding the Four Agreements and begin living them as a daily practice.

Through guided reflection, practical tools, and multimedia experiences, we will explore how to embody these timeless principles in real-life situations. Each week focuses on integrating the agreements into your thoughts, actions, and relationships, while developing the awareness to recognize when you are in or out of alignment.

As we deepen into this work, we begin to recognize a foundational truth found in New Thought teachings: that our outer experience is a reflection of our inner state of consciousness. The life we are creating, what we demonstrate and manifest, is directly influenced by our alignment with peace, integrity, and truth.

When we are in alignment with the Four Agreements, we naturally return to a state of clarity, compassion, and personal responsibility. From this state, we become more intentional creators of our lives. When we are out of alignment, old stories, unconscious beliefs, and inherited patterns can shape our experience.

In this class, we practice releasing those stories, meeting them with awareness, forgiveness, and compassion, allowing space for new ways of being to emerge. As we shift internally, we open to new possibilities externally. What we embody, we begin to demonstrate.

This is not just a discussion-based class, it is a space for practice. Together, we will engage in exercises, inquiry, and shared experiences designed to help you:

  • Stay consciously connected to the Four Agreements in everyday life
  • Recognize emotional and behavioral patterns that signal misalignment
  • Shift toward choices that are more beneficial for yourself and others
  • Cultivate greater clarity, authenticity, and inner peace
  • Align your inner state with the life you are choosing to create and experience

This course is for anyone ready to deepen self-awareness and create meaningful changes, supporting you in thinking better, acting better, and ultimately feeling better.
