Move Freely. Breathe Deeply. Feel Alive.
Cacao Ceremony • Breathwork • Ecstatic Dance • Sound Bath
Join us for an immersive evening of movement, music, connection and authentic self-expression, guided by Erik “Guru” Lieux of Shamanic Tonic and Jaret Brooks of Vibration Integration. More than a dance party, this is an invitation to step outside your everyday routine, reconnect with your body, quiet the mind and simply be yourself.
Ceremonial Cacao | Erik “Guru” Lieux
We begin by gathering in community for a heart-centered cacao ceremony featuring Shamanic Tonic’s signature ceremonial cacao elixir, crafted with cacao, botanicals and functional mushrooms. Through intention setting and mindfulness, Erik guides you into presence, gratitude and openness.
Guided Breathwork | Jaret Brooks
Jaret leads an immersive breathwork experience that moves you out of your head and into your body, helping you release tension and create space for clarity, connection and emotional freedom before stepping onto the dance floor.
Ecstatic Dance | DJ Shamanic Tonic
Then we dance! Erik takes you on a curated musical journey of organic rhythms, tribal percussion, melodic soundscapes, deep bass and uplifting electronic grooves. There are no steps and no right or wrong way to move. Dance wildly, move gently, or simply be present and let the music move through you.
Immersive Sound Bath | Erik & Jaret
As the music closes, Erik and Jaret guide the group from movement into stillness with resonant instruments, therapeutic sound and soothing vibrations, so you can relax, reflect and integrate the evening.
The three guidelines of Ecstatic Dance
- No shoes — dance barefoot (socks are welcome).
- No alcohol — a substance-free experience. Come as you are.
- No talking on the dance floor — let movement and music be your language.
